This is a bare-bones system, but with all of the essentials you will need for a basic two-man plant,
primarily because of the automated and optional controls you can run the reagent additions with and
monitor the progress of the leaching process to your pre-set plan. All ores and salts are ground to
fineness and put 500 lbs per time into the leach tank for the mixing and leaching phase, where the
entire leach mixture is agitated by stainless steel and nylon prop or air discharge to the bottom of this
tank to keep the mix stirred constantly for the duration of the process.

This is a general plan for a 1-ton-plus per day pilot plant that will run 2 tanks of 500 gallons per each, set side by side on a steel skid set for a forklift handling on and off a typical 20 foot flatbed truck, and set flat on a concrete slab on location, or as a trailer-mounted system. |
