| 150, 300 & 330 gallon modular units to collect precious metals from water *pre cleaned water recommended |

| These units receive water supply into the top processing up to 100 gallons per minute. As water passes downward, it is stripped of metals and discharged out of a 2” valve at the bottom, clean and ready for return to processing, alternative uses or the environment. Tanks are filled with specialty Coconut carbon pellets in loose form or bagged for easier handling through a 5” top opening, once placed at it’s final run location. *Units can weigh up to one ton when filled with carbon.(sold separately) These system can handle moderate pressures from pumps as well, up to 20 PSI, but scavenge the metals best at gravity-only speeds. Higher pressures and water speeds are for very low concentrations of metals in large volumes of water. Typical recommended applications are flooded mines, tailings ponds and pre-cleaned surface waters. These also double as water purifiers and remediation systems. The bed depth and shape has been designed for complete removal of metals and other substances for metals recovery, water purification and water preparation for leaching plants. No maintenance is required under normal circumstances for complete passive recovery, and will last for months at a time, or until you wish to remove contents for processing. Entire units can be shipped intact to refiners or processors. Owing to the massive amount of metals this unit can trap, unit sits on a built-in skid to allow forklift mobility. Loaded units can weigh 2,000 lbs. or more. These can be ganged together by common 2” plastic pipe or hoses to handle unlimited volumes of water, yet small enough individually to handle with ordinary equipment. Multiple arrays can be run 24 hrs per day with minor overview and monitored by remote with automatic/PC controls. We recommend placement on a level concrete slab for best performance. Controls on water flows in and out of these units is advised |

As we are filling these with loose-fill carbon pellets, these have two characteristics: 1. Carbon tends to cohere…that is, stick together, as it begins to adsorb the metals you seek. 2. Carbon will help prevent the bulging associated with distortions that additional weight will provide this system. Tank walls are translucent enough to help you determine what is going on inside, and equipped with gallon indicators. All tanks have a 5” spin-off top for filling, and a separate 2” fitting for connecting the plumbing into the top, for water. These units have skids built in to enable fork-lift moving them…a necessity, considering how heavy they are once loaded, and the additional weight you will gain after loading with metals. These units require your plumbing fittings, labor and separate Carbon purchases. * You install the bottom discharge pipe fitting and valve on all units. |
